What is Longevity 360 Med Spa?

Ask who writes any hormone prescription, Dr. Hasan or Andrea DiStefano, and who handles your follow-up visits. Ask whether there is a consultation fee and whether it counts toward a treatment. Ask whether a program fee includes the medication, and if it does, whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what lab work costs, who orders it and how often it is repeated. Ask whether follow-up can be done by telehealth, since it does not say. Ask whether insurance, HSA or FSA funds can be used. For a membership, ask what it covers and how the 30-day written notice works.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want aesthetic or regenerative treatments from a practice founded by a physician, and you are comfortable getting the total cost in writing before you book. If you are looking for hormone therapy or a weight-loss medication, ask first who prescribes it, which medication it is, and what the full cost will be.
