Most of what it sells is recovery: sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, IV therapy and injections, sold by the visit or as monthly memberships. What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes. Get the name of the clinician who would sign a hormone, peptide or GLP-1 prescription, and ask whether that person sees you in person. Ask whether any monthly fee covers medication, or whether drugs are billed separately. Ask whether the drugs are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy supplies them.
Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and consultations cost beyond the one quarterly visit in the Executive Membership. Ask whether telehealth is offered, since the business does not say. Ask whether insurance or an HSA can be used.
Ask how cancellation works for quarterly billing, and whether you pay for the full quarter if you stop early. Ask about Saturday hours too. The listed Saturday entry reads 00:00-00:00, which is unclear, so confirm before you plan a visit.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want recovery sessions, IV therapy or injections in Parker on a monthly plan and do not need a named prescriber. If you are looking for hormone, peptide or GLP-1 treatment, get the prescriber's name and the full medication price in writing before you book.
