About Elevated Menopause Care & Direct Gynecology

What is Elevated Menopause Care & Direct Gynecology?

Elevated Menopause Care & Direct Gynecology is a physician-led OB/GYN practice at 11160 Huron St. Suite 31 in Northglenn, Colorado. You can reach it at (720) 689-4274. Jordan Mendoza, MD, FACOG, MSCP founded the practice in December 2024 alongside her full-time OB/GYN career. She is a board-certified OB/GYN, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and an ISSWSH Fellow. Kelly Peters, DO, FACOG, MSCP is the other physician. She is a board-certified OB/GYN with more than 25 years of experience, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, an ISSWSH Fellow and an AASECT Certified Sexuality Counselor.

The practice offers three services. The first is perimenopause, menopause and women's sexual health, with hormonal and non-hormonal options. The second is direct gynecologic care for pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, PCOS, PMS/PMDD, contraception and preventive care, with outpatient procedures available when needed. The third is breast cancer survivorship consultations, offered by Dr. Mendoza. Testosterone is the only medication the practice names. In its own words: "Yes. When clinically appropriate, I prescribe testosterone using evidence-based dosing and monitoring." It does not offer weight loss or peptide therapy. Its Google listing shows a 5 rating from 16 reviews.

What does it cost?

The only published price is a membership at $150 a month. Members keep that rate indefinitely, and restarting a membership means enrolling at the current price. The membership does not include medication, so any hormone prescription is an added cost. The practice does not publish a per-visit price or a consultation fee, so ask for both before you book.

Elevated is cash pay only. You do not need to change your insurance plan to be seen, and you can pay out of pocket regardless of coverage. The practice does not describe how cancellation works or whether financing is available.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask which doctor would prescribe for you and whether that same doctor would manage your follow-up. Ask what the $150 membership covers, and whether it includes visits, lab work or monitoring. Ask what the medication itself costs, and whether it is a brand-name product or a compounded one. Ask what monitoring and lab tests cost on top of the membership, since its testosterone care is described as including monitoring. Ask how cancellation works and whether you can leave the membership at any time. Ask whether visits can be done by video, because telehealth is not mentioned. Ask for office hours, which are not published either.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want OB/GYN care for menopause, perimenopause, sexual health or gynecologic concerns, and you are ready to pay a $150 monthly membership plus the cost of any medication out of pocket. It is not a match if you are looking for weight loss or peptide therapy, which the practice does not offer.
