What is Āvra Health?

Āvra Health is an integrative perimenopause and menopause practice at 636 Coffman St. Suite 205 in Longmont, Colorado. What should you ask before you book?

Ask who will sign any hormone prescription. Since the two prescribers work in different states, confirm which one you would see from where you live. Ask whether any price you are quoted includes the medication, and whether the hormones are brand-name or compounded.

Ask what labs cost, how often they are repeated and what follow-up visits cost. Ask what the genetic testing costs and what it would change in your plan, since the practice itself describes estrogen metabolism testing as an emerging area with research that is not settled. If you are seen virtually, ask what the BIA and HRV testing costs. Finally, ask how cancellation works.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are in perimenopause or menopause, can pay cash, and want labs and body composition and stress measurements built into your first visit.
