About Total Body Health
What is Total Body Health?
Total Body Health is a cosmetic skincare clinic in downtown Littleton, Colorado, owned by Kerri Rathke, AGNP-C, a nurse practitioner who is also the only prescriber named. Most of what the clinic offers is cosmetic: BOTOX Cosmetic, Juvéderm dermal fillers, micro-needling, and sclerotherapy for leg veins. Hormone therapy is the other listed service. Kerri says she has worked on a hospital medical-surgical floor, in cosmetic dermatology, and in a primary care clinic over the last 24 years, and that she has been injecting cosmetic Botox for more than 20 years.
The hormone side is pellet therapy. In its own words: "Kerri is an Evexipel Certified provider for hormonal pellets for men and women." Her bio also describes training in bio-identical hormone therapy. The clinic does not list weight loss or peptide services. It is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with Monday and Wednesday by appointment only, at 2485 W. Main St. (Suite 201), Littleton, CO 80120. Google shows a rating of 5 from 10 reviews.
What does it cost?
Botox is priced at $11 per unit for new patients and $10 per unit. Juvéderm ULTRA XC and ULTRA PLUS XC are $625 per syringe. Juvéderm VOLBELLA is $420 per 0.55ml syringe or $650 per 1ml syringe. Juvéderm VOLLURE is $675 per syringe, and Juvéderm VOLUMA XC is $799 per syringe. Micro-needling is $250 per treatment or $800 for four sessions. Sclerotherapy is $500 per treatment for both legs.
It does not publish prices for hormone pellets. It also does not state a consultation fee, whether it accepts insurance, whether HSA or financing is available, or whether any membership terms or cancellation rules apply. Ask for a written quote for the pellet program before you book, including what the price covers.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the pellet prescription and who reviews your blood work, and whether a physician is involved in your care. Ask whether pellet therapy is priced per insertion or as a package, and whether that price includes lab tests and follow-up visits. Ask whether the pellets are a manufactured product or compounded, since the answer changes what you are paying for.
Ask whether telehealth is offered, because the clinic does not say. Ask what happens if you want to stop, and whether there is a membership term. The clinic does not publish a phone number, so booking runs through its Schedule Now page. Its FAQ answers are not written yet, so you will need to ask these questions directly.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are mainly looking for cosmetic injectables or skin treatments and want to explore hormone pellets with a nurse practitioner who can walk you through the costs first. It is a poor fit if you are looking for weight loss or peptide care, since neither is listed.
