What is Tri-Life Health, PC?
Tri-Life Health, PC is a functional and integrative medicine practice in Fort Collins, Colorado. William Billica, MD, is the physician it names for hormone care. It does not publish a street address, so call (970) 495-0999 to ask where the office is. It has a 4.5 rating from 35 Google reviews.
Hormone replacement therapy is one of several services, alongside the Healthy Aging Program, IV therapy, ozone therapy, stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, nutrition and detoxification. For hormones it offers evaluation and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for thyroid, adrenal and sex hormone issues, but it does not name the hormone medications it uses. Peptides appear only as one of the advanced therapies it will discuss and consider under the Healthy Aging Program, with no detail on which ones. In its own words: "During a consultation at Tri-Life Health you discuss your current health, your health history, medications that you take, and your symptoms."
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices or a consultation fee. The Healthy Aging Program lists blood markers on over 35 labs, functional lab markers, 1.5 hours of visit time with a provider and a nutrition assessment, and supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
Follow-up visits carry an added cost for each visit, and further hormone testing is not included in the program's original cost. It does not say whether it accepts insurance, whether a fee covers medication, or whether hormone visits can be done by telehealth.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the hormone prescription and who follows your labs between visits. Ask which hormone medications are used, and whether they are compounded or manufactured, since it describes its hormones as bioidentical but names none.
Ask what the first visit costs, what the labs and each follow-up add up to, and whether any program fee includes medication. Ask whether hormone visits can be done by video and how cancellation works. If peptides interest you, ask which ones are offered, who prescribes them and what they cost.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a hormone evaluation from a named physician and are ready to pay out of pocket once you have answers on price and medication. It also suits anyone who wants the Healthy Aging Program's testing and follow-up spelled out before committing to it.
