What is Optimal Women's Health?
Optimal Women's Health is an OB-GYN practice at 7350 E. 29th Avenue, Suite 203, in Denver, Colorado. Valerie B. Ginsburg, MD, is the physician the practice names, and she is board certified through the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and closed on weekends. The phone number is 720-723-2176. The practice was formerly called Stapleton Women's Health, and it says new patients are welcome.
Hormone therapy is one of its services, but it is not the main business. Most of the list is gynecology and obstetric care, including prenatal and postpartum care, birth control, fibroid treatment, annual exams, and surgery such as hysterectomy. Hormone replacement therapy appears beside its menopause care. The practice does not list weight loss, peptide or longevity services.
What does it cost?
The practice does not publish prices, a consultation fee or membership terms. It also does not say whether it accepts insurance, offers an HSA or financing, or includes medication in its fees for hormone therapy. Get those answers before you book. The office line, 720-723-2176, handles both appointments and general questions.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescription. The practice does not say which hormone therapy types it offers. Its page notes that some forms contain both progesterone and estrogen, some contain only estrogen, and sometimes testosterone is used. Ask which of these Dr. Ginsburg would prescribe for you, and whether the medication is brand-name or compounded.
Then ask what the price covers. Does the fee include medication? Who pays for follow-up visits and blood work? Can visits be done by video or phone, since the practice does not say? Ask how you stop or cancel, and whether a membership is required. In its own words: "Personal risk factors such as age, time since menopause, and your risk of blood clots, heart disease, stroke, and breast cancer are all considered when tailoring a treatment plan." Ask how that review works at the first visit and whether it is included in the price.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone therapy from a physician who also runs a full gynecology and obstetrics practice, you can come in person to Denver on weekdays, and you are prepared to get the total cost in writing before you commit. It is not the match if you are looking for weight loss, peptide or longevity care, since the practice does not list any of those.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
