The clinic names one physician, Dr. Carlo Reyes, a board-certified emergency physician. He administers its IV ketamine, but the clinic does not say which clinician prescribes its hormone or peptide treatments, so ask that directly.
The clinic offers nine services: infusion therapy, peptide therapy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), IV ketamine therapies, spiritual dependent care, supplements and nutrition services. What does it cost?
The clinic publishes membership prices, not prices per visit. Foundation starts at $259 a month and is listed for new members and maintenance. Optimization starts at $499 a month and is listed for hormones, weight loss and performance. Regenerate starts at $729 a month and is listed for longevity and full optimization. Memberships run for 3 or 6 months, and members can save up to $3,026 over the term. Each tier bundles infusions, lab work and coaching. Foundation includes one infusion a month, and Regenerate includes two NAD+ infusions a month and up to $200 off BHRT or TRT.
The clinic does not publish a price for hormone therapy, peptide therapy or a consultation. It does not say whether it accepts insurance or whether the membership fee covers the medication. Peptide protocols are described as fully included in the top tier and as discounted in the others, but the clinic does not say whether the drugs themselves are part of the price. It does not describe cancellation either.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes your hormone and peptide prescriptions, and whether that physician sees you in person or by video. The memberships include scheduled video sessions, but the clinic does not say how medical visits are handled.
Ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication. If it does not, ask what the medication costs and whether it is brand-name or compounded. Ask what pre-treatment labs, follow-up visits and any consultation cost on top of the membership. Ask whether the clinic bills insurance and whether it accepts HSA funds or financing. Finally, ask how to cancel a 3-month or 6-month membership and whether unused infusions carry over.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a membership that bundles infusions, labs and coaching, and you are willing to get the prescriber, medication and cancellation terms in writing before you pay. If you need a published price for a single hormone or peptide visit, or a clear answer on insurance, the clinic does not give either yet, so call first.
