What is Younger You Aesthetics?
Younger You Aesthetics is a medical spa with offices in Sacramento, Yuba City and Rancho Murieta. It was established in 2021. Most of what it does is cosmetic, including Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Xeomin injections, dermal fillers, laser and light treatments, microneedling, facials and peels. It also offers IV and injection treatments and lash and brow services. Google lists it as a medical spa with a 5 rating from 95 reviews.
Its hormone services sit in a Wellness and Hormones group: BHRT for Women, which uses estradiol, progesterone and testosterone, and TRT for Men, which uses testosterone. The same group includes the P-Shot, the O-Shot, PRF Hair Restoration and Laser Hair Removal. The one prescriber named is Su Mann, NP, the clinic's founder and owner. Weight loss and peptide therapy are not among its services, and it does not say whether it offers telehealth.
This listing is for its Sacramento office at 3570 Crocker Dr #130.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, consultations, labs or follow-up visits. It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance. The payment options it names are financing through PatientFi, which splits a treatment into monthly payments, and Cherry, which offers pay-over-time plans with a 60-second application and no hard credit check to see your options. In its own words: "Aesthetic care works best as a plan, so we built three flexible ways to pay for it"
Its in-house Aesthetic Reserve is a beauty bank with a $199 monthly deposit, usable toward any service, and 10% off products and services for members. It is not stated whether that account can be used for hormone visits or medication, and its terms for cancelling or getting money back are not given.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. Su Mann, NP, is the only one named, so ask whether she handles hormone visits and who signs each prescription. Ask whether the hormone medication is brand-name or compounded, who fills it, and whether any quoted price includes it. Ask which of the three offices offers hormone therapy, since it does not say, and what that office's hours are.
Then ask about costs it does not show. What does the consultation cost, and does it count toward treatment? What do the initial hormone labs cost? Follow-up labs are described at 4 to 8 weeks into BHRT and 6 to 8 weeks into TRT, then every 3 to 6 months for TRT, so ask what each draw costs and whether it is billed separately. Ask whether follow-up can be done by telehealth. Finally, ask how to cancel a plan or the Aesthetic Reserve and whether any unused deposit is refunded.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want cosmetic treatments and hormone care from one practice, and you are comfortable paying out of pocket or through financing. It is a poor fit if you need weight loss care or peptide therapy, which it does not offer, or if you need insurance billing, which it does not describe.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
