What is Capitis Medical & Aesthetics?
Capitis Medical & Aesthetics is a functional and regenerative medicine practice with offices in San Diego and Roseville, California. It also offers aesthetic treatments and hair restoration, which fall outside hormones and peptides. Dr. Joshua Crose, D.O., is the one person it names as a prescriber, and the clinic describes him as an osteopathic physician.
Its wellness services include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, stem cell-based therapies, DNA functional analysis, and a concierge medicine membership. The medications it names are NAD+ and Ipamorelin. For hormones, it lists injections, oral medication, topical creams and patches, and SottoPelle pellets, and it says Dr. Crose is a certified SottoPelle provider.
This listing is for its Roseville office at 300 Harding Blvd Ste 216.
What does it cost?
The only prices it publishes are for its concierge membership: $500 a month for Standard and $1000 a month for Executive. Both include three lab panels a year, DNA functional analysis, toxin screening, and 20 percent savings on products and services. Executive adds direct personal phone access to Dr. Crose. In its own words: "Enrollment is limited to just 100 patients."
It does not publish prices for hormone therapy, peptide therapy, or consultations. It does not say whether insurance is accepted, whether those prices include medication, or how membership cancellation works. Financing appears in its menu, but the terms are not spelled out.
What should you ask before you book?
Start with who signs the prescription. Confirm that Dr. Crose writes it, and ask for his license details before any lab work begins. Then ask whether the $500 or $1000 membership covers any medication, or whether drugs such as NAD+ and Ipamorelin are billed on top. Ask whether each product is a licensed brand-name drug or a compounded one, and who makes it.
Next, ask what the hormone testing, follow-up labs, and consultation cost, and whether any of it counts toward membership. Ask how and when membership can be cancelled, whether there is a notice period, and whether any refund applies. Finally, ask for office hours, whether any visit can be done by telehealth, and whether they take insurance or HSA funds. None of those are published.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want hormone or peptide care in San Diego or Roseville, can pay cash, and are willing to get prices and terms in writing before you commit. If you need a published price for hormone or peptide care before you call, or you need insurance to cover it, the clinic's own materials do not answer that.
