What is Fusion Hydration?
Fusion Hydration is mainly an IV and injection wellness business. It also offers testosterone therapy and NAD+ treatments, and it describes itself as a physician led wellness company. Its offices are in Oceanside, San Clemente, Rancho Mirage, Encinitas and San Diego. Some sit inside a chiropractic center, and others are inside a resort spa or guest room. It rates 5 on Google from 445 reviews, and its Google category is medical clinic.
Testosterone therapy begins with an online consultation with a Physician Assistant, followed by initial labs and an individualized plan if you are a candidate. Ongoing care means weekly injections at a local location, with follow-up labs. In its own words: "Our medically guided testosterone therapy is tailored to your labs, symptoms, and long-term health." It does not name a prescriber. The only clinical title it gives for testosterone care is Physician Assistant.
What does it cost?
The only IV prices listed are for mobile and resort visits. Its mobile and resort IVs are listed at $295 each, and each includes 1 liter of electrolyte and mineral hydration. A $50 fee applies to IVs given in a room, at a home or office, or after hours. The NAD+ IV is listed at $750 on that same list. A separate August special offered 50% off NAD treatments normally priced at $700, or $350, so ask which rate applies to you.
It does not publish a testosterone price or a consultation fee, and it does not say whether medication is included in any price. It does not take insurance. It accepts HSA and FSA cards, and it will give you an invoice to take to your provider for reimbursement. No membership or cancellation terms are listed.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes your testosterone and who signs the prescription. The clinic calls itself physician led, but the only name-free title it gives is Physician Assistant. Ask whether the testosterone is brand-name or compounded. Its vitamins come from compounding pharmacies, so ask about the hormone too. Ask what the weekly injections and follow-up labs cost, whether any of it is in one price, and whether the consultation has a fee. Ask whether testosterone visits can happen in person at your office or are online only.
For NAD+, ask whether the $750 or $350 price applies today, and what the claims about DNA and mitochondrial repair are based on. Ask how cancellation works and whether your HSA or FSA administrator accepts these charges. Finally, ask which office you are booking and confirm its hours, since its contact and location listings give different hours for Oceanside.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are paying cash for IV, injection or NAD+ visits and want per-visit prices before you book. If you want testosterone care with a named prescriber and a posted price, ask for both before you commit, since neither is published.
