Noalab Healthcare is a nonprofit, community-based primary care organization at 6428 Coldwater Cyn in North Hollywood. It is not a cash-pay clinic. It takes "Medi-Cal, most insurance plans, and offer affordable self-pay options for uninsured patients", in its own wording, and it runs a Sliding Fee Discount Program. If you came here looking for a cash-price hormone clinic, this is a different kind of place.
## What kind of clinic is this?
A broad primary care centre. The services page covers annual physicals and wellness exams, diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma, same-day and walk-in sick visits, health screenings and lab testing, immunizations and vaccinations, women's and men's health services, and smoking cessation and weight management programs.
It also reaches well past adult medicine: pap smears and well-woman exams, family planning and contraception counseling, prenatal and postpartum care coordination, well-child visits and growth tracking, mental health screenings and therapy referrals, dental screenings and oral health education, preventive cleanings and dental hygiene support, basic lab testing and specimen collection, and referrals to specialty and hospital care.
## What about hormone care?
One service page covers menopause and hormone health management. It describes evaluation of symptoms such as hot flashes, mood swings and sleep changes, hormone level testing and monitoring, and bone density and heart health screening.
That is the whole hormone offering. No bioidentical hormone therapy, no pellet program, no testosterone protocol, no peptides and no GLP-1 weight-loss product is named anywhere on the site. Hormone management here is a line item inside a general practice menu rather than a business line, and no medication of any kind is named for it.
## What does it cost?
No figure is published. The Sliding Fee Discount Program is named, but no income bands and no dollar amounts appear with it. There is no consultation fee, no visit rate and no fee schedule on any page we read. What you pay would depend on your coverage and on where you fall in that discount program, so a phone call is unavoidable.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and closes for lunch from 1PM to 2PM.
## What we could not confirm
No clinician is named anywhere on the site. Not one physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or dentist, across every page we read. That absence is total, and it is the most striking thing about the site.
Beyond that: no telehealth statement and no states served. No stated service area. No published account of who the hormone service is for. No description of the steps of a first visit. No commitment term and no cancellation policy. Two small signs of a site that is not closely maintained: the address appears as "6428 Coldwater Cyn" on the service and contact pages but as "6428 Coldwater Canyon" on the about page, and the fax number differs between pages.
