Ask whether the consultation, lab tests and follow-up visits are billed separately, and what each one costs.
Ask whether the visit is covered by insurance and, if it is not, what the cash price is. Ask whether follow-up can be done by telehealth or only in person, and which office you would be seen at. Finally, ask how any program is billed month to month and how you would cancel or stop treatment.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you are a man in the Carmichael or Folsom area who wants a urologist to evaluate low testosterone alongside other urologic care, and you are willing to get prices in writing before you book. It is not a match if you are looking for a weight loss, peptide or longevity program, since the clinic names none of those services.
