What is Precision Unbound?

Precision Unbound is a physician-led longevity medicine practice at 4310 Old Shell Rd. St A, Mobile, AL 36608. It works mainly on membership. Its core offering is concierge preventive and optimization medicine, with in-office testing, hormone care and ongoing physician planning built around it. Dr. Coby Harrison, MD, founded the practice and serves as its Chief Medical Officer and medical director. Sydney Williams, BSN, RN, is chief nursing officer and is also listed as a prescriber.

What does it cost?

Membership is $500 a month, or $5,000 a year paid upfront. The monthly fee does not include medication, and other costs can be billed on top of it. In its own words: "Additional third-party costs (laboratory testing, imaging, medications, supplements, specialist visits) may be billed separately when applicable."

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription for hormone therapy and how often you would see that person between quarterly visits. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded, and what it would cost each month on top of the membership. Ask what lab work and imaging cost under the membership and what they cost outside it. Ask whether any visits are by telehealth, and whether the practice bills insurance for any service. Ask how a membership is cancelled, and whether the $5,000 annual payment is refundable if you stop partway through the year.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want an in-person, physician-led membership with testing included in the fee, you can pay cash for medication and any outside lab or imaging, and you want the cancellation terms in writing before you pay.
