VitalityMatch is a small, independently run directory. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — messages are read by a person.
We have not opened an address for this yet
Rather than put a form here that goes nowhere, we would rather say so plainly. A published address is being set up and this page will carry it. If you are a clinic and something on your listing is wrong, the fastest fix in the meantime is to correct it on your own website — everything here comes from there, and we re-read it.
If your listing is wrong
Every fact on a clinic listing was taken from that clinic's own website or its Google Business Profile, and each one carries the date we read it. Nothing is invented and nothing is bought. If a phone number, an address, a price or a service is out of date, tell us and we will correct it. There is nothing to claim, no account to create and nothing to pay.
We do not remove a listing because a business would prefer not to be compared, but we will always correct a fact that is wrong.
Privacy requests
Requests to see, correct or delete personal information come here. In practice we hold very little: the site has no accounts, no newsletter and no forms. See our privacy policy for what is and is not collected.
