What is Nova Pain and Rehab Center?
Nova Pain and Rehab Center is a pain, rehab, and wellness practice at 2955 S. Glebe Road, Arlington, Virginia. It combines musculoskeletal care with weight loss and hormone services. Named offerings include weight loss, BIO-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), therapeutic peptides, chiropractic, exercise physiology, physical therapy, functional medicine, dry needling, ART (Active Release Technique), Joint Rejuvenation Therapy, Joint Regenerative Therapy, and PRP Therapy. For weight loss, GLP-1 is named. Two providers are listed: Dr Erik Ward, Chiropractor, and Jeannie Koulizakis, Physical Therapist.
Who is it for?
This is for people dealing with pain or injury who may also want weight loss, hormones, or regenerative treatments in the same place. It's a broader pain-and-rehab clinic than a pure weight-loss shop.
What does it cost?
No pricing is published; there's no consult fee or program price on the pages we read. On insurance, Nova says it works "with most insurance plans," and also handles Personal Injury and Auto Injury/Accident cases. That sets it apart from the cash-only clinics nearby, but confirm your plan covers what you need before the first visit.
When is it open?
The Arlington office is open Monday 3:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday 8:30am to 8:00pm, and Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm. It's closed Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. A second office in Purcellville (17337 Pickwick Dr. Unit A) is open Monday 9:00am to 1:00pm, Tuesday 2:00pm to 7:00pm, and Thursday 2:00pm to 7:00pm, closed Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What we couldn't confirm
No pricing or consult fee is published. Telehealth is not stated. The providers are named without letter credentials (for example DC, PT, or DPT), so ask about licensure if that matters to you.
