We provide information only. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this site is medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

2. Accuracy of listings

Listing information is compiled from public sources, including each business's own website, and changes frequently. We work to keep listings accurate but make no warranty that any information (including pricing, credentials, ratings, hours, or availability) is complete, current, or error-free. Always confirm details directly with the clinic or provider. Star ratings shown for local clinics reflect Google review data captured at the time of research and belong to their respective sources.

3. No endorsement; verified and featured listings

Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. "Verified listing" means we completed our own business-verification checks (such as confirming a real location and matching a clinic's claims against its own published materials) — it is not a medical or licensing judgment. "Featured" placements are paid positions and are labeled as such. Your relationship with any clinic or provider — including care, billing, and outcomes — is solely between you and them.

4. Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a referral fee when you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you. These relationships never determine whether a clinic appears in the directory. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping or bulk-copying directory content, misrepresenting your affiliation with a clinic when claiming a listing, submitting false information, interfering with the site's operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The site's original content — including profile write-ups, guides, and design — belongs to VitalityMatch and may not be reproduced at scale without permission. Business names, trademarks, and review data referenced in listings belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalityMatch and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or your dealings with any listed clinic or provider, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
