Starting price: $79/month membership + medication from $31/month — about $139/month all-in for compounded semaglutide
Mochi publishes a price for every medication it offers, which almost nobody in this market does, and its cheapest routes are the lowest all-in figures we track. The menu runs from compounded orforglipron at $31 and metformin at $13 up to brand-name Zepbound at $299, with compounded semaglutide at $60 and tirzepatide at $90. Mochi also publishes nine named clinicians with their credentials.
What we like: A published price for every drug, the widest medication menu we have seen, and named clinicians rather than an anonymous provider network.
What to know: The $79 membership does not include medication or diagnostics — budget the medication price on top, and note that Mochi's own FAQ quotes higher medication prices ($99 and $199) than its medications page. #2 Henry Meds — Best User Experience

Henry Meds wins on simplicity. Their platform is the most straightforward to navigate, pricing is transparent upfront, and they offer multiple compounded formats including oral drops, injectables, and tablets — which is unusual.
What we like: Multiple compounded formats (not just injections), transparent pricing, no separate membership fee, face-to-face video evaluation included.
What to know: No brand-name GLP-1 medications. California patients may experience longer fulfillment times. Requires a face-to-face video meeting before prescribing.
Best for: People who want the simplest, most transparent experience for compounded GLP-1.

What to know: Customer service can be slow. Cancellation process is cumbersome. Medication can't be prescribed without a membership.
