What is Everself?
Everself is a weight loss practice, legally Bariendo Inc. doing business as Everself, founded in 2023. Its main work is endoscopic weight loss procedures, with a GLP-1 medication program alongside them. It offers ESG Stomach Tightening, Everself ESG Max, Gastric Balloon, Revision of Gastric Bypass, Revision of Gastric Sleeve and Weight Loss Medication. Its co-founders are Dr. Christopher C. Thompson and Dr. Pichamol Jirapinyo. Its care team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, registered dietitians and coaches.
The medication program covers semaglutide and tirzepatide, commonly known as Wegovy, Saxenda, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound. It puts the ESG procedure itself at approximately 60 minutes. In its own words: "However, you should plan on spending about half a day with us including preparation and recovery."
It lists offices in Boston, Charleston, Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, Tampa, Temecula Valley and Washington, DC. It does not publish street addresses or hours for any of them. Google shows a rating of 5 from 7 reviews.
What does it cost?
It lists pricing starting at $895 and describes it as all-inclusive pricing paid upfront. It also says medications are not included, and it does not publish a price for the medication. Listed inclusions are prescription management, 12 months of support from its care team, a smart scale and app access, 24/7 clinical on-call support, patient support groups, and a $250 discount towards a weight loss procedure.
It offers a free consultation. It accepts HSA and FSA payments and lists financing options. It does not say whether it bills insurance. Cancellation terms are not spelled out.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription. It names two co-founders and a wider care team, but it does not say which clinician prescribes the medication. Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded and what it costs each month, since it names brand drugs but does not say which kind it uses. Ask whether the starting $895 is the full figure for the procedure you would have, and what follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first 12 months. Ask whether medication visits can be done by video, because it does not say. Finally, ask whether it bills insurance and how cancellation and refunds work before you pay anything.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want procedures and GLP-1 medication run through one team, and you are ready to pay for the medication separately and get the prescriber, cancellation terms and follow-up costs in writing before you pay the $895. If you only want medication, ask first what that costs on its own, since no medication price is published.

We have not yet collected published prices or prescriber credentials for this clinic. When we do, they will appear here with a link to the page they came from — or a note saying the clinic publishes none, which is itself worth knowing. Call them for a price in the meantime.
