About Lifestyle Health
What is Lifestyle Health?
Lifestyle Health is a physician-led weight loss practice. It runs an 8-week Get Started: Integrative Weight Loss Program, weekly Back-to-Basics classes, and individual appointments with physicians, registered dietitians and behavioral specialists. It also lists surgical weight loss options. The online Essentials Program comes first, with weekly live sessions with dietitians, followed by a one-on-one visit with a doctor.
Prescribers include Kristen Murphy, D.O., Vani Prabhakar, M.D., Carl Ruoff, D.O., Joan Lebow, M.D., Nancy Blatt, D.O. and Brittney Guiou, D.O., along with Eleana Rogan, Jennifer Pilla, Heather Pleskow and Kristen Janko. Medications it names include Zepbound, Wegovy, Saxenda, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Rybelsus. Visits happen in person at its facility or by video.
It does not publish a street address or a service area, and it does not list a Delaware location. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm, and the phone number is 781-744-7351. Its Google rating is 4.9 from 492 reviews.
What does it cost?
Its self-pay prices for Zepbound are $299 a month for 2.5 mg, $399 a month for 5 mg, and $449 a month for 7.5 to 15 mg. The Wegovy injection is $349 a month at every dose. The Wegovy pill ranges from $149 a month for 1.5 mg, a temporary discounted price, to $199 a month for 4 mg and $299 a month for 9 mg and 25 mg. These are listed as self-pay medication prices.
It does not publish prices for consultations, the Get Started program, individual visits or the membership. It does not say whether a program fee would be added on top of the medication price. It accepts most insurance plans, but several insurers, including BCBS and Tufts Health Direct, stopped covering weight-loss GLP-1s on January 1, 2026. On the membership, it says: "Our monthly membership option provides ongoing support and community."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which prescriber would sign your prescription, and whether physician visits, dietitian sessions and lab work are billed on top of the medication. Find out whether the listed medications are brand-name products or compounded versions. Get the cost of the Get Started program, a single visit and the membership, plus how follow-up visits and lab work are priced. Confirm how to cancel a membership or program and whether cancelling carries a fee.
If you have insurance, ask whether your plan still covers weight-loss GLP-1s when prescribed here. If you are in Delaware, ask whether video visits are open to you and which states the physicians are licensed in.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want physician-led weight loss with published medication prices, and you can either attend in person or confirm that video visits are open to you. If you live in Delaware, make the call first, since no Delaware location is listed and the program and visit prices are not published.
