Testosterone therapy has a $500 startup that includes the first prescription, then $265 per refill. The refill line also names anastrozole, and it does not say whether that is included in the $265. The Olympia Trifecta Plan says its price includes consultation, medication and ongoing management, but it does not show an amount.
It does not publish prices for semaglutide, tirzepatide, facials, lash services or nutrition counseling. It lists no consultation fee and does not say whether it bills insurance. It offers 10% off for active military, first responders and educators. It does not publish cancellation terms. In its own words: "There are NO refunds on any service, ever."
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes the testosterone, semaglutide, tirzepatide and Olympia medications, and get that name in writing before you pay. Ask whether the Olympia price covers everything and what the full course costs. Ask whether semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills them. Ask what lab work costs and whether refills and follow-up visits are billed separately. Ask whether visits can be done by video, since telehealth is not mentioned. Ask what happens if you want to stop a plan, given the no-refund policy.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want facial, microneedling or lash work, or nutrition counseling, and you are comfortable booking by appointment in Bel Air. It makes sense for medication-based weight loss or testosterone only after you have the prescriber's name and a written price for the full course. If you are unsure who signs the prescription, that is worth a call before you book anything.
