About Auré Med Lounge

What is Auré Med Lounge?

Auré Med Lounge is a med spa at 5401 104th Street East, Suite C, in Puyallup, Washington 98373. It operates from a temporary space while its home location is being built. Tasha Gervais, BSN, RN is the one person listed as a prescriber. She is a Registered Nurse who is working toward a Nurse Practitioner degree. Google lists the business as a medical spa, with a 5 rating from 17 reviews.

The practice offers six services: IV hydration drips, memberships, weight loss programs, peptide therapies, aesthetic injections, and CO₂ laser treatments. Weight loss is one of those services, not the whole practice. Its injectables include Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Daxxify, along with dermal fillers. Its peptide menu lists more than 30 peptides, including BPC-157, TB-500, Selank, Semax, and NAD+. The weight loss program starts with a provider evaluation. When appropriate, medication is delivered to your home. The program also includes monthly Styku 3D body scans, a monthly wellness injection, and nurse check-ins. Consultations can be virtual or in person. Staff also travel to homes, offices, hotels, and events in Pierce, King, and Thurston counties.

In its own words: "At Auré Med Lounge, every treatment begins with a thoughtful consultation."

What does it cost?

Weight loss programs start at $249 a month. That price does not say whether medication is included, so ask. Insurance does not cover these programs in most cases, so they are cash pay only. The partner dietitian service is often covered by insurance, which is a separate question.

Peptide plans are priced after a Peptide Consultation, and peptide prices are not published. It does not publish the base price of its IV drips. The add-ons cost $25 for one or $40 for two, and the anti-nausea add-on costs $10. Groups of three or more get 20% off. Mobile visits carry an additional fee, but no amount is given. It does not publish a consultation fee or membership prices.

All services are pay as you go, either by service or through a membership. Cherry financing lets patients pay over time. Cherry can qualify patients for up to $50,000 and uses a soft credit check. Some Cherry plans carry 0% APR, subject to eligibility.

What should you ask before you book?

Who signs the prescription for the weight loss program and for peptide plans? Ask for that name and its credentials in writing before you pay.

Does the $249 monthly fee include the medication? If it does not, what does the medication cost each month? Is it a brand-name drug or a compounded one, and who makes it?

What do follow-up visits, body scans, and lab work cost beyond the program fee? What does the consultation cost?

How do memberships and cancellation work? Ask how much notice a monthly program or membership requires and whether any fees apply.

Are virtual consultations available where you live? The practice serves Pierce, King, and Thurston counties, and it does not list the states it serves for telehealth. It also does not list hours, so call (253) 200-5266 before you plan a visit.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live in or near Pierce, King, or Thurston counties, want injectables, IV drips, peptide work, or a cash-pay weight loss program, and are ready to ask who prescribes before you pay. If you cannot get a clear answer to that question, wait until you have one before you commit to a monthly fee.
