Peak by MD is a membership-based wellness and hormone clinic at 95 Coles St, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Unlike most clinics in this directory, it publishes real monthly prices: memberships run $150, $170 or $359 a month depending on tier, men's hormone optimization starts at $189 a month and women's at $100 a month, and an aesthetics membership called Tox Club is $250 a month. Medication cost is not included in any of those figures.
## What do the memberships include?
Peak Wellness Membership is $150 a month and covers physician guidance, wellness planning and goal tracking, body composition and metabolic monitoring, personalised recommendations for health, longevity and performance, priority scheduling and preferred member pricing. Peak Club Membership is $170 a month and centres on a monthly physician-prescribed wellness injection protocol, with options including NAD+, glutathione, B-12, vitamin D, B-complex and lipotropic support, plus one IV nutrient therapy session every third month, body composition analysis, PNOĒ metabolic testing and ongoing physician support. Peak IV Membership is $359 a month and steps that up to two IV therapy sessions a month, the monthly injection protocol, monthly body composition analysis, quarterly PNOĒ metabolic testing, quarterly provider follow-up, priority scheduling and preferred member pricing.
## What do the hormone programmes cost and cover?
The men's programme starts at $189 a month and the women's at $100 a month. Read "starting at" literally — both published figures are floors, not the price of a course, and what pushes you above them is not explained. Both programmes are described as including a "Comprehensive hormone evaluation", advanced laboratory testing, a personalised treatment plan, ongoing monitoring and regular physician follow-up, with the men's programme adding body composition and metabolic tracking and the women's adding lifestyle and wellness guidance.
## What about weight loss?
There is a weight loss programme and a service line called "GLP 1 and Metabolic Medications". Here is the catch: that page names no drug at all. Not semaglutide, not tirzepatide, no brand name. So while GLP-1 medication is clearly part of the offering, the site does not tell you which one you would be prescribed or what it adds to your monthly cost.
## Who runs it, and when is it open?
Dr. Mark Dukshtein, MD, is described on the about page as "Board certified Internal Medicine physician and the Founder and Medical Director of Peak by MD", with over 20 years of experience. Sabrina Sarabella, M.S and Kevin Forsell, PA-C are also named, with over eight years of clinical experience attributed on that page. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00am to 6:30pm, Tuesday 12:00pm to 4:00pm, and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
## What is unknown?
We checked the home page, memberships page, weight loss page, about page and the Peak Foundational Assessment page on 22 September 2026. The foundational assessment page describes the intake visit in detail but publishes no figure for it, so the cost of your first visit is unknown. So is the drug used in the weight loss programme, the real ceiling on hormone therapy cost, whether insurance is accepted anywhere in the practice, and whether telehealth is offered at all.
