What should you ask before you book?
Ask who signs the prescription, and whether Dr. De La Torre is the prescriber for every plan you would buy. The clinic's blog names a different practice, New Tampa Interventional Pain and Sports Medicine, so ask which entity you will sign with and be billed by. Ask whether the $275 includes the medication, and if not, what it costs each month. Ask whether the drug is brand-name or compounded and which pharmacy fills it. The blog says a partner pharmacy delivers medication to your home, so confirm that too. Ask what the required labs cost and whether they are billed separately. Ask what month two costs and how cancellation works. Ask whether telemedicine follow-ups are included, and what a peptide plan costs before you start.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a physician-supervised weight loss, hormone or peptide plan, can pay cash for it, and are comfortable with a clinic whose menu is mostly aesthetic. If you need insurance, or a full published price list before you book, call first and ask the questions above.
