About Titan Medical Center

What is Titan Medical Center?

Titan Medical Center is a cash-pay practice offering hormone therapy, weight management and peptide therapy, along with IV drips, vitamin and amino acid injections, blood work, glutathione detox therapy and concierge primary care. Its own description lists HRT, medical weight loss and rejuvenation. Titan sees patients in the office or by telemedicine nationwide.

It does not publish a street address, so ask where in-office visits happen. It does not name a prescribing doctor or list provider credentials. In its own words: "All of our therapies are doctor prescribed, monitored, and come straight from a US licensed pharmacy right to your doorstep." Its Google listing shows a 4.9 rating from 776 reviews.

What does it cost?

Titan publishes two prices, both for blood work. The male full panel blood test is $200.00, and the female full panel blood test is $300.00. It does not publish prices for weight management, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV drips or concierge medicine.

It does not list a consultation fee, say whether it accepts insurance, or say whether medication is included in any price. Ask for the full cost of the program before you book, and ask whether the medication is part of that cost.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes the prescription, and whether that prescriber is licensed in your state. Because Titan works by telemedicine, this question is worth settling early. Ask what the clinical evaluation involves before a peptide protocol is prescribed.

Ask whether the medication is brand-name or compounded. Titan's hormone information notes that compounded preparations are not FDA-approved, so ask which one you would receive and why. Then ask whether the monthly fee covers the medication or whether it is billed on top.

Ask what follow-up visits and repeat lab work cost, and how often you would need them. Ask about membership terms and how to cancel. Ask whether the practice takes insurance or accepts HSA funds. You can call (727) 389-3220 to get these answers in writing.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you are paying cash, you want to start with blood work, and you are comfortable confirming the prescriber, the medication and the cancellation terms before you commit. If you need a named doctor you can see in person, or you need insurance billing, call first and settle those questions before you book.
