A take-home option is $300 to $500 a month. Phentermine is $180 a month with a 30-day medication supply included. The first blood work visit is $30 without insurance. In its own words: "Visits Include Medications in Price unless Medications are requested to be sent to the Pharmacy."
The clinic advertises no hidden fees and no subscriptions, but it does not describe cancellation terms. It publishes no consultation fee and does not say whether insurance is accepted. It also gives no prices for hormone, peptide, IV or aesthetic care.
What should you ask before you book?
Who signs the prescription, and what are their credentials? Does the weekly or monthly price cover the medication itself, and what would a prescription sent to a pharmacy cost? Is the medication brand-name or compounded? The clinic lists generic names such as semaglutide and tirzepatide beside brand names, so ask directly. What do follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first visit, and is the EKG extra? Which visits can be done online, and does an online visit include a prescription? How do you cancel a weekly or monthly plan, and is any fee charged to stop?
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want prescription weight loss in Tampa at a posted weekly or monthly price and are willing to ask who prescribes before you pay. It is less of a fit if you need a named prescriber, or published prices for hormone or peptide care, before you book.
