What is Nouveau Longevity?
Nouveau Longevity is a cash-pay practice at 425 W Colonial Dr., Suite 105, Orlando, FL 32804, phone 321.352.4655. It describes itself as a concierge longevity and cellular optimization practice. It offers visits at its Orlando office and telehealth visits across the state of Florida. It gives its experience as twenty-plus years of clinical practice. Colleen Irwin, APRN, PMHNP, is the founder and clinical director, and she is the only prescriber the practice names.
It offers four services: medical weight loss, cognitive performance, hormone replacement (HRT), and testosterone replacement (TRT). Weight loss care uses GLP-1 medicines named as Retatrutide, Tirzepatide and Semaglutide, along with oral medications. Cognitive care covers NAD+, Semax, Selank, MOTS-c and methylene blue. Hormone care uses creams, patches and oral medications, and the practice states that it does not use pellets. It does not offer IV therapy.
What does it cost?
It does not publish prices for weight loss, hormone therapy or testosterone therapy. It does not say whether medication is included in any program price, and it lists no fee for its 60-minute consultation. It is cash-pay only. In its own words: "Our concierge model operates outside insurance to give you direct access, faster appointments, and protocols not constrained by formulary limitations."
Its only published prices are for two longevity programs. The Longevity Foundation Program is $2,499. It includes an initial physician consultation, review of your medical records, referral for VO2 Max and DEXA scans, and a personalized longevity manual. The second tier is $7,499 a year. It adds monthly doctor visits, a repeat of the scans at six months, and a bone scan with calcium scoring. It does not say whether scan fees are inside these prices, how the annual fee is billed, or whether it renews.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who will see you and who signs your prescriptions. The programs mention a "longevity doctor" and a physician but do not name one, so ask for the name and credentials of anyone who prescribes. Ask whether any monthly or annual fee covers medication, whether each drug is brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it. The practice names compounding pharmacies as its peptide source, so ask which peptides are compounded and what they cost.
Ask what bloodwork, lab panels and follow-up visits cost, since the weight loss and testosterone pages describe bi-weekly follow-ups and a six-week lab review. Ask whether the 60-minute consultation has a fee. Ask when staff are reachable, because it lists 24/7 patient access but no office hours. Ask how cancellation works and what happens if you stop partway through a year. If you are considering testosterone and want to keep fertility, ask how hCG or enclomiphene are handled, since the practice names both.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you plan to pay cash, you are comfortable with telehealth or an Orlando office visit, and you want the full price and billing terms in writing before you book. It may not suit you if you need published prices before you speak with anyone.
