What is Organic Well?
Organic Well is a physician-led internal medicine practice in Coconut Grove, at 3661 S. Miami Ave, Suite 1003, focused on functional and longevity medicine. It's run by Dr. Elizabeth Isalguez, MD, an internal medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. Care is offered in English, Spanish and French.
Its 16 services include bioidentical hormone optimization for women and men, peptide therapy "prescribed when clinically appropriate", weight management that uses GLP-1 medication when appropriate, and regenerative medicine and longevity care. It also offers IV therapy, stem cell and exosome therapy, genomic and cardiometabolic testing, and gut, immune, brain and sexual health care. Care starts with the Organic Well Baseline: more than 120 biomarkers, an InBody body composition scan, and two visits with Dr. Isalguez and her clinical team totaling over two hours. It can also bring in data from wearables like WHOOP and Oura Ring.
Weight management programs run in the Coconut Grove clinic, with telehealth follow-up across Florida. It's open by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Dr. Isalguez also owns the Organic Well Shop and earns from its sales. It says no purchase is ever required for your care.
What does it cost?
It doesn't publish prices for the Baseline, hormone care, peptides or weight management. It doesn't take insurance. In its own words: "Organic Well does not participate with insurance plans, which allows longer visits, advanced testing, and highly personalized care." It says fees are reviewed in advance and it provides superbills for potential reimbursement. If you have Medicare, it asks you to tell it before you book. Call (305) 930-8891 and ask what the Baseline costs and what a month of hormone, peptide or GLP-1 care costs, with and without the medication.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what the Baseline costs and whether you need it before any treatment starts. For weight loss, ask which GLP-1 medication they use, whether it's brand-name or compounded, and whether it's included in the program fee. For hormones and peptides, ask which forms they use and how often labs are repeated. Ask which visits can be done by telehealth and which need to be in person. If supplements are recommended, ask whether they come from the Organic Well Shop and whether you can buy equivalents elsewhere.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you're in Miami and want an internal medicine physician to run extensive testing first, then build hormone, peptide or weight care around the results. If you want a GLP-1 prescription without a full workup first, ask whether that's possible before you book.
