What is Royal Medical Center?
Royal Medical Center is a hormone and weight loss program based at 1000 E Hillsboro Blvd, Suite 102, in Deerfield Beach. It offers testosterone replacement for men, menopausal and non-menopausal hormone therapy for women (including estrogen, progesterone and pregnenolone), erectile dysfunction care, peptide therapy and a GLP-1 weight loss program. The weight loss page names tirzepatide and says the GLP-1 is compounded.

Its posted starting prices are $89 a month for TRT or HRT programs, $139 a month for peptide therapy and $67 a month for GLP-1 weight loss. It says its pricing is all-inclusive, covering lab testing, medications, physicals and doctor consultations, and the weight loss page says the $67 tier includes all medications, supplies and physician follow-ups. These are starting figures, so your price may be higher. It also advertises a price match offer against other clinics. Insurance isn't mentioned.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask what your monthly price will be after the labs, since only starting prices are posted, and what would move it up. Ask who your prescribing physician is, what their credentials are, and whether they are licensed in your state. Ask whether the first exam is in the office or by video. In its own words: "The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs offered at our clinic." So ask whether a brand-name option is available and what it costs. Ask whether there's a contract and how you cancel.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want a low posted monthly price for hormone, peptide or compounded GLP-1 treatment with the medication shipped to your door. It makes less sense if you want to meet a named doctor in person before you commit.
