EllEve Med Spa is an aesthetics practice at 20929 Ventura Blvd #38, Woodland Hills, that also runs GLP-1 therapy, medical weight loss and peptide therapy. One price is published on the entire site: a Gold Club Membership at $150.00 a month. That membership buys facials, not weight-loss care, so the cost of the medical services here is unpublished.
## What does the clinic offer?
Three medical lines have pages behind them. GLP-1 therapy names semaglutide and tirzepatide, and the page contrasts the two by receptor, describing semaglutide as acting on one receptor and tirzepatide on two. Medical weight loss is published separately. Peptide therapy names PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide. Around forty other service names appear in the site's navigation structure, from injectables to skin treatments, but the navigation is the only place they are substantiated, so we have not written them up as confirmed offerings. The GLP-1 page also cross-sells aesthetic add-ons to counter what it calls "Ozempic Face", using fillers, Ultherapy, RF Microneedling and truSculpt Flex.
## What does it cost?
The Gold Club Membership is $150.00 a month. It includes one monthly non-transferable facial treatment and a 50% discount on all facial add-on services. The membership appears in three commitment variants at the same $150.00 monthly rate: month-to-month; six-month, which adds "a free SkinCeuticals 15ml product"; and twelve-month, which adds "two free months along with a luxurious SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic". No cancellation policy is published for any of them. Nothing else on the site carries a dollar amount. There is no price for GLP-1 treatment, peptide treatment or medical weight loss, and no consultation fee. The weight-loss page deflects the question by saying "The cost of Semaglutide treatment may vary depending on factors such as dosage". Even the specials page, where promotional pricing would normally live, contains no dollar amounts at all and only links out to a referral program, a points program, Cherry financing and the membership page.
## Who works there, and when is it open?
One prescriber is named: Irina Manukyan, FNP-C, published as the owner. Arely Palacios is named as a medical assistant. A third staff member is published under a first name only, so we have not recorded that entry. The published years figures belong to individual staff rather than to the business, and no founding year for the clinic appears. Hours are Tuesday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM, and Saturday 10AM to 4PM. Sunday and Monday are simply absent from the site rather than stated as closed, so do not assume the doors are shut on those days without calling. Booking runs through a third-party app and retail sales through a separate storefront.
## What we could not confirm
No insurance statement of any kind exists on the pages we read. Telehealth is not mentioned, and the GLP-1 page describes in-person monthly check-ins instead. No service area is published, and no eligibility criteria or step-by-step process is given for the GLP-1 or peptide programs. Checked on 22 September 2026.
