What is SlimmThicc?
SlimmThicc is a med spa at 1602 Thomas Ave in San Diego, CA 92109, in the Pacific Beach area. Most of its menu is aesthetic work: Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Letybo, fillers, laser and skin tightening treatments, body contouring, and a non-surgical BBL. Weight loss and peptides are two more services, alongside vitamin injections.

What does it cost?

What should you ask before you book?
Start with the prescriber. The weight loss page says: "A licensed provider will review your health history, weight loss goals, and determine whether GLP-1 therapy is right for you." No name goes with that provider, so ask who it is, what license they hold, and whether they stay your prescriber through the program.
Then ask what the monthly price covers. Is semaglutide or tirzepatide included, or billed separately? Is the medication brand-name or compounded, and which pharmacy fills it? What do check-ins, dose changes and lab work cost? Ask whether the free consultation is separate from a paid first visit. For peptides, ask who chooses BPC-157, TB-500 or NAD+ for you and where those products come from. Last, ask how you cancel and whether you owe anything after the first month.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want injectables and GLP-1 medication from one San Diego med spa, and you will get the prescriber's name, the full monthly cost and the cancellation terms in writing before you pay. It is a weaker fit if you want a named physician directing your weight loss from the first call, or if you are looking for hormone therapy, which is not on its menu.
