The primary care page restates the first as "from $450/month", so treat $450 as a starting figure rather than a ceiling. Monthly pricing is published as including physician oversight and monitoring. Labs are ordered separately based on clinical need and are not in that figure.
A separate Wellness Club membership has two tiers: Essential Glow at $149 a month and Premium Radiance at $249 a month. These are aesthetics memberships, not the weight-loss or hormone program, and should not be read as a weight-loss price. Essential includes 20 units of Botox monthly, 10% off other services and priority scheduling. Premium includes 20 units of Botox monthly, one Platinum HydraFacial per quarter, 15% off other services, a complimentary annual skin assessment and priority scheduling.
Peptide therapy carries no figure at all. That page says "Contact for pricing" while also claiming "Transparent pricing. No hidden fees." The tension is on the live site.
## Who provides care, and when?
One physician: Dr. Violeta Recalde, MD. The about page says she "performs every treatment personally, from initial consultation to final injection" and credits over 20 years of medical experience including a career as a hospitalist. The weight-loss page describes a board-certified MD performing every treatment, and the primary care page describes a board-certified family medicine physician, but the certifying board is never named, so this listing does not name one either.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM. Telemedicine is published Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The stated catchment is Mission Viejo and the South Orange County community.

What peptide therapy costs. Whether there is a consultation fee: the specials page describes consultations as "personal, pressure-free conversations about your goals. No commitment required" but names no fee and never says free. Which states the telemedicine covers, since hours are published but no state is. Whether any hormone or testosterone service exists, since no such page is on the site. Any minimum commitment or cancellation policy, since no terms page exists.
