What is Element IV Therapy?
Element IV Therapy is mainly a mobile IV therapy service based in Phoenix, at 3104 E. Camelback Rd., with registered nurses who travel to a home, office or hotel the same day a client calls. It covers Scottsdale, Phoenix and all of Maricopa County, including Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and a long list of other Valley cities. Alongside its hydration and hangover-relief IVs, it runs a peptide and longevity line: GHK-Cu (topical or injectable), BPC-157, tirzepatide, NAD+ IV therapy and an NAD+ nasal spray for home use. It states that these treatments are performed by registered nurses under medical oversight and supervision by a board certified physician, including a Good Faith Exam and screening prior to initiation, though it does not name that physician anywhere. In its own words: "At Element IV Therapy, we focus on Longevity & Cellular Wellness through scientifically guided peptide and NAD+ therapies that help restore biological balance."
What does it cost?
Its standard hydration IVs are priced plainly: Element Hydration at $160, Element 19th Hole at $195, the Myers Cocktail at $220 and Element Revive at $225. For the peptide and longevity line, only one number is published, $375.00 for 250mg, and it is not clear which therapy that figure belongs to or whether it includes the medication itself. There is no published price for tirzepatide, BPC-157 or GHK-Cu, no stated consultation fee, and nothing said about insurance, HSA use or financing.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who the supervising physician is and whether that person, not just a nurse, will review your intake and sign off on your protocol. Ask whether the price quoted for tirzepatide, BPC-157 or NAD+ includes the medication or is a separate line item, and whether the compound comes from a specific pharmacy. Since most peptide pricing is not posted, get the full cost of an initial visit and any maintenance cycle in writing before you schedule. Ask what the Good Faith Exam involves, whether it happens in person or by phone, and what follow-up or lab work, if any, is built into the fee.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you already want an in-home or in-office visit from a nurse for an NAD+, BPC-157 or hydration drip and are comfortable asking for pricing and physician details directly. It is a less obvious fit if you want a dedicated weight-loss program with a named prescriber and posted tirzepatide pricing, since neither is published.
