About Club Five Health
What is Club Five Health?
Club Five Health is a longevity, wellness and athletic center that puts medical care and a full fitness floor under one roof. It has clubs in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Libertyville, Illinois, and Greenwood Village, Colorado. The medical side is a real part of the business, but the gym and training side is just as central to how it presents itself.
The clinic lists medical weight loss, peptide therapy, longevity and recovery, NAD+, blood work, IV drip therapy, IM booster shots, stem cell and regenerative medicine, pain relief, and physical therapy alongside personal training and a fitness center. Hormone therapy is not on the list. Its weight loss page names semaglutide and tirzepatide, and its peptide offerings name BPC-157, TB-500, Thymosin Alpha-1, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, MOTS-C and GHK-Cu. It does not name the person who prescribes.
Membership gives walk-in gym access. In its own words: "Not every method circulating online is safe or sustainable. We start with a plan that fits you."
What does it cost?
The First Health Blueprint Session is $49. The clinic describes it as a 2-hour, one-on-one evaluation, with no referral needed, and lists the usual price as $500. It is limited to its first 150 clients. It also offers a complimentary 30-minute discovery call before you book.
The only per-shot price it publishes is $99 to $150 per shot. It does not say which treatment that covers or whether the medication is included. It does not publish a price for its weight loss medication or its membership, and it does not say whether it accepts insurance.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes, what their license is, and whether they review your full history before any prescription is written. Ask whether the $99 to $150 per shot includes the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded, since the clinic names several peptides without saying where they come from.
For a weight loss program, ask the monthly cost, whether the medication is part of it, and what lab work and follow-up visits cost on top. Ask whether telehealth visits are available, what hours the club keeps, and whether the $49 session credits toward a program. Ask how a membership is cancelled, and whether the $49 offer is still open when you call.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you want medical treatment and a gym in one place, and you are willing to get prices, the prescriber's name and the medication details in writing before you pay for anything beyond the $49 session. If you need hormone therapy, it is not on the clinic's list, so ask directly before you plan around it.
