What is En Santé Med?
En Santé Med is an aesthetics and wellness practice in McLean, Virginia, at 1420 Spring Hill Rd, Suite 160. It was founded by Dr. Adeline M. Coleman, MD. The menu leans heavily toward laser and skin work: Endolift skin tightening, a Fotona 4D non-surgical face lift, a laser face lift, HydraFacial MD, OxyGeneo™ facials, Cosmelan® peels, and treatments like exosomes, skin boosters, and Rejuran (PDRN). They also do Botox Cosmetic, IV therapy, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and a set of women's intimate-health procedures (labiaplasty, vaginoplasty, vaginal rejuvenation, and laser treatments like Renovalase® and Intimalase®).
What does it cost?
A couple of real figures are posted, both for procedures on the higher end. The non-invasive laser face lift is listed at a range printed on the page as "$3,000 – $6,7000" (that second number looks like a typo for $6,700). Double chin contouring with Endolift/EndoTight starts at $2,500. On billing, they're direct: "We are out-of-network and do not participate with any insurance networks. We have a simplified fee for services. We provide estimates during booking." So most of the menu isn't priced online, but they'll quote you when you book.
Who is it for?
This fits someone paying out of pocket who wants laser-based facial work, injectables, or intimate-health procedures, and who is fine getting a custom estimate rather than a posted price. Because they're openly out-of-network, there's no pretense of billing insurance here.
When is it open?
Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Closed Sunday.
What we couldn't confirm
There's no separate consultation fee published. Telehealth isn't mentioned and no states are listed. Most of the service menu carries no price (only the face-lift and chin pages showed figures). And there's a second location in Washington, DC, at 5225 Wisconsin Ave, Suite 200.
