The Fountain is a longevity and wellness center at 1900 Okeechobee Blvd, Suite A10, in West Palm Beach. It calls its approach diagnostics first. Full-body MRI scans, biological age testing, functional DNA testing and advanced bloodwork come before any treatment plan. From there it offers hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy including NAD+, exosome and stem cell treatments, and Botox and fillers.
It doesn't name a physician, nurse practitioner or any other prescriber, though it describes its hormone and peptide work as "Physician-guided hormone optimization and therapeutic peptides."
