What is Tampa Bay Total Wellness?

Tampa Bay Total Wellness is a cash-pay medical spa at 300 S Hyde Park Ave, Suite 210, Tampa, FL 33606. Most of its menu is aesthetics and laser work, but it also offers medically guided weight loss, bioidentical hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, concierge medicine and red light therapy. Its weight loss pages name semaglutide and tirzepatide, along with Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro. Its oral programs use phentermine-based treatments.

No prescriber is named, so you will not know who signs your treatment until you ask. In its own words: "bringing over 34 years of clinical expertise to every medically approved treatment." Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, and whether any visits can be done remotely, which the clinic does not address. Ask whether your $99 or free consultation counts toward a program. Ask how cancellation works if you join a membership or payment plan. If you plan to use HSA or FSA funds, ask whether those cards are accepted.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want an in-person, cash-pay practice in South Tampa that offers weight loss alongside hormone therapy, peptides or aesthetic work, and you are willing to get the prescriber, the medication and the total monthly price in writing before you book. If you need a named prescriber, a fixed monthly total or a remote visit, call first, because none of those are published.
