What does it cost?
Medical weight loss starts at $100. TCL does not say whether medication is included in that price, and it does not name a weight loss medication. Primary care starts at $80, psychiatry starts at $200, and walk-in visits start at $100. Holistic IV hydration starts at $100. Its hangover-style packages run from $129 to $209, the Immune Boost and Myers Cocktail are $159 each, Cognitive Enhancer is $179, and Reverse Aging is $199.
TCL accepts insurance for psychiatry and primary care, including Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid and PPO plans. It does not state insurance coverage for weight loss or IV services. Credit card payments carry a 4% convenience fee. Every appointment requires a deposit equal to the price of the service and exam, and deposits are non-refundable. For IV services, the exam fee can be refunded if you cancel 7 days ahead.
