About Get Well Meds

What is Get Well Meds?

Get Well Meds is a cash-pay medical clinic with offices in Westminster and Broomfield, Colorado. Its main focus is medical weight loss and hormone therapy. It also offers peptide therapy, hair loss treatment, anti-aging care, and acne treatment. The only prescriber named is Tejas Tripathi, MD, a board-certified physician with 19 years of clinical experience, including more than 13 years in Colorado. He has practiced in the state since 2013.

The weight loss side has a few tracks. A GLP-1 program names Wegovy, Foundayo, and Zepbound, and the clinic also offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Oral options include bupropion, phentermine, topiramate, and naltrexone. On the hormone side, the clinic offers testosterone injections, with gel and clomiphene also available, plus estradiol. Sermorelin is listed under peptide therapy. The first consultation is free and can be held virtually. Google shows the clinic at 5 from 11 reviews. In its own words: "a practice built around personalized, physician-led care rather than a one-size-fits-all approach."

This listing is for its Suite 100 Broomfield office at 16677 Lowell Blvd.

What does it cost?

Everything is self-pay, and the clinic does not accept insurance. The GLP-1 prescription plan is $75 a month with a 3-month minimum signup, and the medication is not included, so the drug is a separate cost. Oral weight loss medications start at $80 a month. TRT comes in two packages: Gold at $899 total for a 6-month plan, and Platinum at $1499 total for a 12-month plan, with limited labs included. Sermorelin is $425 for a 3-month plan. Hair Restore Ultra Scalp topical is $100 per month. Anti-aging care starts at $200 a month and acne care at $125 a month, and both include medication and the first provider consultation. The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide options include physician monitoring and pharmacy costs, but no price is published for them. Testosterone gel and clomiphene are priced on request. Payment is only required after medical approval. The clinic does not mention HSA or financing options, and it does not publish a cancellation policy beyond the 3-month minimum.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask whether the $75 plan leaves the medication on top of the monthly fee, and get the full monthly figure in writing. Ask whether your medication is brand-name or compounded. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are made by a 503A pharmacy and are not FDA-approved, and they are offered only to patients who meet compounding requirements. Ask who signs your prescription and whether your virtual visit is with Dr. Tripathi. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost, since labs are extra on the GLP-1 plan. Ask how cancellation works after the 3-month minimum and whether any fee applies. The clinic does not publish office hours, and its Broomfield contact number differs from the main line, so ask which number and office your visit goes through. If you are considering testosterone gel or clomiphene, ask for pricing first.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want a cash-pay clinic with a named physician prescriber for weight loss or hormone care, can cover the medication cost on top of the monthly fee, and are ready for at least three months of care. If you need insurance billing, a full published price list, or posted office hours, call and ask those questions first.
