What is Colorado TRT?
Colorado TRT is a cash-pay clinic at 7261 S Broadway #103, Littleton, CO 80122. It is mainly a hormone therapy practice. Hormone Replacement Therapy is the first service it lists, and its blog and FAQ focus on hormone optimization. Its other services are Tissue Regeneration Therapy, Sexual Health, Body Sculpting, Skin Rejuvenation and Hair Restoration. Hormones can be delivered as implanted pellets, injections or transdermal creams. The FAQ says its pellets are the brand-name EvexiPEL testosterone pellets. The blog describes its tissue regeneration work as SoftWave, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and what it calls stem cell therapy.
The blog also discusses peptide therapy, naming Sermorelin, BPC-157, PT-141, Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 and semaglutide, also called Ozempic. The clinic lists three people. TJ McCollum is a PA-C. Erin Roark, FNP-C, has over 20 years of nursing experience. Jonathan Gallen, MD, is the medical director, and his bio describes him as a board-certified anesthesiologist. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and closed on weekends. Google shows a 4.8 rating from 47 reviews.
What does it cost?
Colorado TRT does not publish prices. The first consultation is free and comes with no obligation. The clinic is cash-based and does not accept insurance. It offers monthly installment plans through Cherry financing, and says therapy costs may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts. Its FAQ also says: "Lab costs and medications are included in the monthly fee." No fee amount appears anywhere, so that is the sentence to pin down. The same FAQ says lab fees apply if you choose lab testing. Ask whether the monthly fee covers the labs or not.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the three people will sign your prescription and who will manage your follow-up. Ask for the monthly fee in dollars, and whether it covers the medication for each therapy you choose. Ask whether each medicine is brand-name or compounded, and where the peptides come from. The blog says Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 may be on hold by the FDA, so ask whether it is offered and to whom. The clinic names semaglutide and Ozempic but does not describe a weight-loss program by name, so ask whether one exists and what it costs.
Ask what follow-up visits and lab checks cost, and how often they happen. The clinic does not say whether it offers telehealth, so ask whether any visit can be done by video. Finally, ask how you cancel a monthly plan and whether you still owe the remaining months.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live near Littleton, want hormone therapy or regenerative treatment in person, and can pay cash or finance it month by month without insurance. It is a weaker fit if you need a published price before you book, or if you want your care billed to insurance.
