What does it cost?

The add-ons include B-12 shots and Lipotropics shots.
It does not say whether medication is included in any price, and it does not publish a consultation fee. It does not say whether insurance is accepted. It mentions packages and memberships without listing what they cost. Its referral program gives the referrer and the new patient a $25 credit off the first month, and the referrer earns a $75 bonus credit after the new patient completes 3 months. The offer is limited to people who have not had GLP-1 weight loss at any of its locations before.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who prescribes, and get the prescriber's name and credentials in writing before you book. Ask whether the monthly fee includes the medication, and whether that medication is brand-name or compounded. Ask what the consultation, the lab work and the weekly weigh-ins cost, since the GLP-1 program requires a consultation and lab work before it starts. It does not say whether any care can be done by telehealth, so ask that directly. For the peptide services, ask which product is used and what it costs. Ask how cancellation works for memberships and monthly programs.
If you are booking in Murrieta on a Saturday, note that lab draws are not done there on Saturdays. A consult that needs labs will have to happen on another day or somewhere else.

The GLP-1 program excludes patients who are insulin-dependent diabetic, prone to diabetic ketoacidosis, or already taking a GLP-1 medication, so ask about eligibility before you schedule.
