Alpha Hormones is a hormone and longevity practice with one clinic, in Pasadena, and telehealth reaching eligible patients in California, Florida and Texas. ## What does Alpha Hormones treat?
The service list is wide. Hormones anchor it: BHRT, TRT, HGH peptide, pellet therapy, adrenal health and hypothyroidism. Around that sit weight management, sexual wellness, hair loss, gut health, peptide therapy, NAD+, PRP, regenerative medicine, osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes, acute care, Alpha Beauty and PHYSIQ, plus functional lab work, advanced diagnostics and remote patient monitoring. No individual medication is named on any page we read, including semaglutide or tirzepatide, so what is actually prescribed inside a tier is not published.
## What do the memberships cost?
Consultations are billed by time. A new self-pay consultation is $200 for the first 15 minutes and an established one is $100 for the first 15 minutes, with each additional block at $100. New membership programs carry a one-time $200 setup fee.
The published tiers are men's TRT at $249 a month or $2,490 a year; women's BHRT at $349 a month or $3,490 a year; HGH peptides at $449 a month or $4,490 a year; Alpha Male, which combines TRT and peptide therapy, at $599 a month or $5,990 a year; Alpha Female, combining BHRT and peptide therapy, at $699 a month or $6,990 a year; and Medical Concierge VIP with Dr. Tek at $2,500 every three months or $10,000 annually. Tiers include savings of 10%, 15% or 20% on eligible in-house labs. On the Alpha Male and Alpha Female tiers, additional peptides are $200 each per month. One caution: tier names and prices sit as separate elements in the published table, so confirm the pairing with the clinic before you commit.
## How does insurance and cancellation work?
The FAQ says the practice participates with select major commercial PPO plans and eligible Original Medicare or Medicare PPO plans, and it excludes HMO, Medicare HMO, IPA, TRICARE, Medicaid or Medi-Cal, and Kaiser Permanente. Memberships renew on the terms you select at enrollment. Cancelling requires 30 days' written notice, and payments scheduled during that notice period may still be due. Telehealth is conditional rather than automatic; the FAQ ties eligibility to your condition, history, medication, location and applicable regulations, and in-person exams or labs may be required first.
## Who is on the team?
Dr. Rotana Steven Tek is published as D.O., A.B.A.A.R.M., founder, CEO and medical director. Four more people are named: Monikeo Williamson, Kellie Klien, Marcus Lee and Julianne Humason. The team page prints four credential strings for five people, and the mapping could not be confirmed, so we have left those unattached rather than guess.
