## What does it cost?
The $499 and $599 monthly figures include an order for lab testing, virtual consultations with the medical provider to determine your eligibility, and the monthly supply of the injection kit shipped to you. That transparency does not extend to the rest of the menu. The testosterone page publishes no number and deflects the question: "Costs vary depending on the form of testosterone used, dosage, and frequency of monitoring," with costs explained during the consultation. ## Where can you actually be treated?
The site says two different things. The homepage says that "While BioPrime Medical is based in Irvine, CA, we serve patients across multiple states through telehealth," while the weight-loss page narrows the offer to eligible patients in Irvine and throughout Orange County. No list of licensed states appears anywhere, so the claim about multiple states has no scope attached to it. Confirm your own state before you pay for anything. The Irvine address is a suite in a large multi-tenant office tower, and the site never describes an in-person visit, so read this as a telehealth-first practice rather than a walk-in clinic. No hours of operation are published.
## Who would you see, and how do you pay?
One person is named across the whole site: Bradley Noon, MD, described on the testosterone page as the supervising physician. There is no staff page, no board certification, no medical school and no years-in-practice figure for anyone. No insurance statement exists in either direction. The flat, drug-inclusive monthly pricing points toward cash-pay, but the site does not say so and we are not going to say it on its behalf.
