What does it cost?

Its pages say a personalized plan comes before any hormone therapy is recommended, but they do not say what the assessment, labs or follow-up visits cost. They also do not say whether it accepts insurance, whether a monthly fee includes medication, or whether there are membership, cancellation, financing or HSA terms. Until those answers are in writing, you won't know what a month of care will cost you.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask who writes the prescription and what that person's credentials are. Ask whether the medication is included in the price you are quoted or billed on its own, whether the drug is brand-name or compounded, and who makes it.
Ask what the Assessment & Blueprint and the labs cost, and whether follow-up visits and repeat labs are extra. Ask whether any part of the care is billed to insurance or whether everything is cash pay. Ask how to cancel and whether any prepaid month is refundable if you stop. If you live in Oregon or Montana and plan to use telemedicine, ask which state licenses cover your prescription and which pharmacy would fill it.
Who is it a good fit for?
This is a good fit if you live in or near the Tri-Cities and want to be seen in Richland, or if you are in WA, OR or MT and are comfortable with a telemedicine visit for part of your care. If a fixed monthly cost matters to you, wait to book until the clinic has answered the questions above in writing.
