About Revive Low T Clinic

What is Revive Low T Clinic?

Revive Low T Clinic is a men's health practice, and testosterone therapy is its main service. It has offices in Seattle, Kirkland and Federal Way, Washington, and it has been in practice since 2013. It also offers ED treatment, medical weight loss and peptide therapy, using BPC-157 and CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, compounded by licensed pharmacies.

Two doctors are named as prescribers: Dr. Barry Wheeler, ND, listed as medical director, and Dr. Chris Merlino, ND. For weight loss, the clinic prescribes semaglutide and tirzepatide, sold as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound, filled at your local pharmacy. Its Google profile shows a 4.9 rating from 169 reviews.

This listing is for its Kirkland office at 11911 NE 132nd St Ste 103.

What does it cost?

The first step is a free phone consult. Your first visit, which includes the exam and a 51-biomarker lab panel, is $99. Visits are cash pay. In its own words: "Your visits are cash-pay, and your TRT meds can go through your own insurance." HSA or FSA funds can cover visits, labs and medication. Most patients pay $0 to $30 a month for TRT medication, with or without insurance.

Standard membership is $29 a month on a 6-month prepay of $175, or $35 a month month-to-month, plus checkups at $319 to $377 every 6 months. Essential is $82.50 a month on a 6-month prepay of $495, or $99 a month month-to-month. Complete, which covers TRT, ED treatment and weight loss, is $269 a month. It does not say whether medication is included in that price, and it does not publish a price for the GLP-1 medication itself. Enclomiphene, offered in some cases, is not covered by insurance, and its price is discussed before any prescription.

What should you ask before you book?

Call (206) 960-4770 for the free consult and ask these first. Is GLP-1 medication included in the $269 Complete plan, or billed separately through your pharmacy? Will your insurance cover semaglutide or tirzepatide for weight loss, and if not, what does the medication cost without that coverage? Which doctor will sign my prescriptions, and what does the ND credential cover? Is each medication brand-name or compounded? What do follow-up visits and lab work cost after the first $99 visit? How do I cancel a membership, and is the prepay refundable? Are any visits available by video, and what are the office hours at the location I would use?

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want in-person care from one of the two named doctors for testosterone, ED treatment or weight loss, and you are prepared to pay cash for visits and labs. If you need GLP-1 medication covered by insurance for weight loss, get that answer before you commit to a membership.
