About Three Points Healing

What is Three Points Healing?

Three Points Healing is a cash-pay clinic that calls itself psychiatry and wellness. Its core is mental health: psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, TMS, esketamine and IV ketamine. It also offers weight-loss programs, hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, NAD+ infusions, acupuncture, sleep medicine and several aesthetic treatments.

Two nurse practitioners are named as prescribers: Kelechi Nwaorgu, DNP, PMHNP-BC, and Nonso Onochie, DNP, PMHNP-BC. Mina Liu, DBH, RDN, MHP, and Dr. Lifeng Wang, DACM, are also listed, for nutrition and traditional Chinese medicine, but neither is named as a prescriber. The only medication the clinic names is PT-141. It lists Washington and California as locations, but it does not publish a street address, phone number or hours. Google shows a rating of 3 from 4 reviews. For hormone care, the clinic describes its approach this way. In its own words: "Personalized, evidence-based Hormone Optimization & Replacement Therapy for women and men."

What does it cost?

Most services are marked cash only. Psychiatric medication management has a $225 intake consultation. Psychotherapy is $150 for an individual session and $200 for couples or family. TMS is $4,599 for 36 sessions, or $127.75 a session. Esketamine is $1,300 per session, and IV ketamine is $400 per session.

Weight-loss programs start from $399 a month, with no detail on what that covers. Peptide therapy runs from $200 to $750 a month, after a required free consultation. NAD+ infusion therapy starts at $249 a single session, and the full program is $2,399.

Hormone replacement therapy shows $500 to $800 next to a $150 consultation, but the page does not say which figure is the program price. Sleep medicine starts from $225, and it is the only service marked as possibly covered by insurance. The clinic does not say whether medication is included in any monthly price, and it does not publish cancellation terms.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who writes each prescription, and whether it will be one of the two named nurse practitioners. For weight loss and hormones, ask which medication is used, whether it is brand-name or compounded, and whether it is included in the monthly fee. Ask what follow-up visits and lab work cost on top of the starting price, and whether the $150 consultation is charged before treatment begins. Ask whether visits can be done by video, since the clinic does not say. Ask which office you would be seen at, and for its phone number and hours. Ask how a monthly plan is cancelled and whether that carries a fee.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you want psychiatric or mental health care from a clinic that also offers weight-loss, hormone or peptide services, and you are ready to pay cash and get your open questions answered before you commit. It may not suit you if you need a street address, a phone number and a full price list before you call.
