What does it cost?
Revibe does not publish prices for its treatments, including weight loss and hormone therapy. The first exam and consultation is advertised as free, described as a $199 value. It does not say whether medication is included in the program price, whether it accepts insurance, or what its lab work and DNA analysis cost. Its cancellation terms are the most specific money terms it gives: "You can cancel the weight loss program at any time; there are no fees for medically related cancellations, and any overpayment is refunded." Its FAQ adds that you may request a refund within the first 30 days of receiving your medication.
What should you ask before you book?
Ask which of the two doctors will prescribe your medication, and ask them to confirm their Washington license. Ask the total cost of the program and whether it includes the medication. Ask what follow-up visits, lab work and dose changes cost.
The clinic's own disclosure says its compounded medications are not FDA-approved, are prepared by specialized pharmacies, and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Ask whether an FDA-approved version is an option for you. Ask whether any charge applies after the free consultation, and get the cancellation and refund steps in writing before you pay.
