About The Full Life Health Center

What is The Full Life Health Center?

The Full Life Health Center, which also calls itself Full Life Weight loss & TRT, is a weight loss and men's hormone practice at 1012 N Bethlehem Pike, Ste C, in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA. Its weight program starts with metabolic and hormonal lab testing. It also offers hormone replacement therapy for men, including for low testosterone.

The weight program can include semaglutide (Wegovy/Ozempic), tirzepatide (Mounjaro), orlistat, liraglutide (Saxenda) and bupropion/naltrexone (Contrave), along with nutrition and exercise counseling. Plans come with two visits a month with a provider, either virtual or in person. Visits are by appointment, and medication is only supplied after a consultation or follow up appointment. It does not name its providers or their credentials.

What does it cost?

It publishes four weight loss plans. Plan 1 is $220 a month for a 30 day supply of oral medication (acarbose, orlistat or metformin) and two provider visits. Plan 2 is $285 a month for combination oral medication (bupropion/naltrexone or orlistat/acarbose) and two visits. Plan 3 is $400 for a starting dose of semaglutide, about a 6 to 8 week supply, with syringes, lab orders and review, two visits a month and weekly check ins for the first 4 weeks. After the starting dose, it says prices vary depending on dose. Plan 4 is $500 a month for tirzepatide, about a 4 week supply, with syringes, lab orders and review, two visits a month and weekly check ins for the first 4 weeks.

The first consultation is free and lasts 15 minutes. It doesn't publish prices for testosterone therapy, and it doesn't say whether it takes insurance. It lists a membership but doesn't say what it includes.

What should you ask before you book?

Ask who the provider is, what their credentials are and who signs your prescription. Ask whether the semaglutide and tirzepatide are brand name or compounded. If you're starting semaglutide, ask what it will cost each month once the starting dose runs out. Ask whether lab work itself is included or only the lab orders and review. For testosterone therapy, ask what labs are needed, how often you'll be monitored and what it costs. Ask what the membership covers and how you stop a plan if it isn't working for you.

Who is it a good fit for?

This is a good fit if you live near Lower Gwynedd and want a weight loss plan with posted monthly prices that include a medication supply, or if you're a man who wants testosterone checked as part of a weight program. If you want to know your prescriber's name and credentials before you call, you'll need to ask.
