## What do they treat?

The treatments page also lists Gonadorelin, Enclomiphene, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, a GLP-1 weight-loss service, Vitamin B-12 and MIC & B-12. The medication list runs wider than the service list: Testosterone Cypionate and Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/mL, testosterone cream, Enclomiphene Citrate, Enclomid, HCG, Anastrozole, Liraglutide, Naltrexone, Macamorelin, L-Carnitine, and for sexual health Trimix, Tadalafil and Sildenafil.
## What does it cost, and how do you pay?
No price is published, but the payment structure is. The Basic Program bundles medication, labs, supplies and a complimentary doctor consultation into a single price, which the clinic frames as putting care within reach upfront. HSA and FSA cards are accepted where eligible. ## Where is the Hauppauge office?
There is no street address. The locations page lists thirteen locations by city only, and the Hauppauge entry carries a phone number and nothing else. Hours are given as Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, applied across the locations page rather than to this office specifically. The locations page uses the words telehealth access and telehealth follow-through but never names a state, so if you live outside New York you cannot tell from the site whether you can be treated.
