## Does it take insurance?
No, and the site is direct about it. The FAQ states: "No, we do not accept insurance, we are a cash-pay-only clinic." The weight-loss page gives the reasoning — "We don't accept insurance as many insurance providers do not cover the specialized services we offer" — and the testosterone page repeats it for hormone therapy.
## How do visits work?
Virtually. The FAQ says flatly that "All our visits are done virtually." What it does not say is which states that covers, so if you are outside New Jersey you will need to ask. The weight-loss page adds that all medications are mailed directly from an FDA-supervised compounding pharmacy, which fits a remote model.
## What do they prescribe?
The weight-management side names semaglutide, phentermine, the bupropion-and-naltrexone combination, Bella Capsules, and L-carnitine. Testosterone replacement is delivered as testosterone cypionate injections. That is a wider medication list than most GLP-1-only clinics publish, which matters if semaglutide is not a fit for you.
The navigation also lists erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, acoustic wave therapy, peptides for performance enhancement, vitamin injections, NAD, hair loss treatment, and a skinny shot. We captured those names from the menu only, without opening a page behind any of them.
## What does it cost?
Nothing is published. There is no monthly cost, no per-injection cost, and no consultation fee on the weight-loss page, the testosterone page, or the FAQ, and there is no pricing or membership page in the navigation at all. The FAQ describes what the initial visit covers and how you can pay, but never what any of it costs. For a clinic that bills no insurance, that is a real gap — the whole price is yours.
## Who runs it?
Calvin George is named as the clinic's Clinical Director and Nurse Practitioner, described on the about page as a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
An eighteen-year experience figure appears twice on the site with two different owners: the about page presents it as a personal claim, the testosterone page as a claim about the business. We cannot tell you which is meant.
